Meet Kelli Heald
Kelli has been using mindfulness practices for the past 10 years. As a certified Meditation Guide, her passion for meditation and spiritual well-being was not something she could have ever predicted, until her life’s journey took her down an unexpected path.
In 2015, Kelli’s husband of 25 years suddenly passed away from a rare blood disorder. This experience was extremely difficult, causing new challenges for her daily life. In learning to deal with this new feeling of grief, Kelli was introduced to the practice of meditation. This new opportunity allowed Kelli to truly begin her healing journey.
She trained to be a Meditation Guide so she can share her practices with those around her. Through her coaching, Kelli believes that learning how to connect to the present moment is the most important aspect of meditation. She wants to teach others how to listen to their “inner guide,” as this played a transformative role in her own healing journey.
Whether you are someone who has suffered a loss, experienced great pain, struggles with anxiety, or is just trying to navigate the challenges of life, Kelli is here to guide you on your meditation journey. She has many different offerings to best suit your individualized healing needs. Meditation offerings include one-on-one private sessions, group classes, virtual meetings, retreats, and corporate events. These classes are available for adults, teenagers, and children.
Kelli currently lives in Newport Beach, California. She enjoys spending time with her two children, Jack and Lauren, and their dog, Fletch.
